Server vendors utilize compliance standards such as ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certifications along with EU-US 7 Swiss privacy shield certifications. Ark is SOC 1 type II, SOC 2 type II, and PCI-DSS compliant. All trades are performed over our secure high-end 2048-bit encryption algorithm.

We are fully insured and FINTRAC licensed. All software trades are archived, with monthly audits.
